Real estate is full of options and variables.  I have, however, broken down the core of the business into a few standard practices.  Enter Now.

The Century 21, Professional services team is ready to work for you.   

Using the following as a foundation, we can build a working relationship specifically customized to your needs.

For the Buyer:   

1) Pre-screen properties according to criteria you've set forth.

2) Gather relevant data on potentially acceptable properties.  (This can be before or after we have visited the properties, depending on your needs.)

3) Investment Properties: Run analysis on candidate properties.  (I make the analysis software available here on my site, in case you'd rather do it yourself.)

4) When we've found the right property, enter negotiations.

5) Investment Properties, and Residential as needed: In the contract, allow adequate time for due diligence.  

6) Investment Properties, and Residential as needed: Aid and assist investor in carrying out due diligence.

7) Gather materials for a smooth, by-the-book closing.

8) Close on property. 

For the Seller:   

1) Gather paperwork and critical information on the property.

2) Place property on two MLS systems.  

3) Run ad monthly in local Real Estate book.  

4) Determine and implement marketing strategy for the property.

5) Pre-screen buyers to help reduce potential of an unqualified offer. 

6) Accept and present offers.  Enter negotiations.

7) Gather materials for a smooth, by-the-book closing.

8) Close on property.
